After meeting you and reviewing your site, we will document the scope of work, prepare simple preliminary drawings and provide a written estimate free of charge. After review, if you decide to proceed with your project we will refine the working drawings, refine the specifications and revise the estimate to reflect your choices. Before we begin construction you will know exactly what your project will cost.

If you already have plans for your new home we will review the specifications with you and provide a written estimate at no cost.

We frequently work with homeowners from out of the area and are able to support your project online. With our client log-in to your project you are able to see the progress photos, scheduling timelines and other job specific information.
